For the past 12 months, three team members from Spooner Health have been participating in the Leadership Residency Program operated by the Rural Wisconsin Health Cooperative. The program is geared towards new leaders in the health care field to build their capacity as both a professional and a leader.
“I am very thankful for the opportunity to participate in the Leadership Residency Program. I gained so much knowledge, leadership skills, and met many people to build my support system. It was very beneficial to go through the program. The educators pushed us to advance our leadership skills and build a firm foundation to help us succeed in our leadership roles.”
