Spooner Health Team Members Graduate Leadership Residency Program

Leadership Residency Program Graduates - 2023

For the past 12 months, three team members from Spooner Health have been participating in the Leadership Residency Program operated by the Rural Wisconsin Health Cooperative. The program is geared towards new leaders in the health care field to build their capacity as both a professional and a leader.

It was very beneficial to go through the program. The educators pushed us to advance our leadership skills and build a firm foundation to help us succeed in our leadership roles.”

Spooner Health’s team members who participated in the program included Rebecca Wallin, Director of Emergency Services; Sarah Andrea, Director of Inpatient Services; and Mavis Melton, Director of Rehabilitation Services. Their graduation from the program was celebrated at their final class on Wednesday, August 9.
