Spooner Health Community Flu Shot Clinics Scheduled for Fall

SPOONER, WI (September 13, 2021) – Spooner Health continues to deliver safe, high-quality care with their annual community flu shot clinics. This year, Spooner Health will be offering both the high-dose flu shot and the regular-dose flu shot. You must be 65 years of age or older to receive the high-dose flu shot and this cannot be your first time receiving a flu shot.

The flu shot clinics this year will be by appointment only on the following dates:

WASHBURN COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS
OSCAR JOHNSON CENTER

Thursday, September 30 from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Monday, October 11 from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
Wednesday, October 20 from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

JACK LINK’S ACTIVITY & AQUATIC CENTER
714 W HOKAH STREET
MINONG, WI

Thursday, October 14 from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

or by calling 715-939-1609. Spooner Health’s community flu shot clinics are open to the public for anyone ages three and up.

Most insurance policies cover flu shots. Please bring your insurance card with you for verification. No insurance? No problem! Cost is only $35 and cash or checks are accepted.
