New Addition Groundbreaking

Groundbreaking for the new addition at Spooner Health was held on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. The addition includes a primary care clinic, jointly owned by Tamarack Health and Spooner Health, as well as a new space for the visiting specialist clinic, general surgery clinic, and wound care departments. This expansion will allow space for a renovation of the current Emergency Department, adding three new treatment rooms and a dedicated triage room, which will increase capacity and improve patient flow. Other renovations will include adding a permanent MRI space, a new imaging room, relocating Cardiac Rehab, increasing space for the Rehabilitation Services department, and more.
