EMERGENCY ROOM ENTRANCE CHANGE

Effective mid-afternoon on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, access to the Spooner Health Emergency Department is via the new Emergency Entrance driveway off Chandler Drive.

  • Emergency Department: All emergency department patients should enter via the new Emergency Entrance driveway off Chandler Drive.
  • After-hours Visitors: Please use the new Emergency Department entrance from 5 pm to 7 am.

This provides access to the Emergency Department entrance only on the east side of the hospital. To help navigate to the correct entrance, there is a large red “EMERGENCY” sign indicating the entrance. Note: The Emergency Entrance driveway does not provide access to the Main Hospital entrance or Essentia Clinic.
