ALTERNATE ENTRANCE FOR NON-EMERGENCY/MAIN ENTRANCE

From July 20 through August 9, 2026, all non-emergency department patients are asked to enter through the Essentia Clinic entrance during regular business hours. This temporary change will allow us to increase parking availability as work continues on our building project.

Parking & Directions:

Non-Emergency/Main Entrance: The Main Hospital Entrance will be closed from July 20-August 10. Please enter through the Essentia Clinic entrance.  The Main Entrance drop off and doors will not be accessible during this time.  If you need assistance finding the hospital registration desk, please stop by the Spooner Health Imaging window, located to your left when you walk into Essentia Clinic.

Emergency Department & After-hours/Weekend: Access to the Spooner Health Emergency Department is via the new Emergency driveway off Chandler Drive.

  • Emergency Department: All emergency department patients should enter via the new Emergency driveway off Chandler Drive.
  • After-hours Visitors: Please use the new Emergency Department entrance from 5 pm to 7 am.
  • Weekend Visitors: Please use the new Emergency Department entrance from 5 pm on Friday until 7 am on Monday.

This provides access to the Emergency Department entrance only on the east side of the hospital.  To help navigate to the correct entrance, there is a large red “EMERGENCY” sign indicating the entrance.  Note: The Emergency driveway does not provide access to the Main Hospital entrance or Essentia Clinic.
