DESCRIPTION:PowerUP is an exercise group for people with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological disorders such as stroke\, ataxia\, or MS. The purpose of the group is to help individuals maintain the physical movement needed for speech and mobility so that they can function more safely and independently\, improving quality of life.
