DESCRIPTION:Join the Volunteers of Spooner Health as they hold their 35th annual Love Light Tree Ceremony on Monday\, December 1 at 2:00 p.m. The event will be held at Spooner Health and streamed live on Facebook (@SpoonerHealth). For those attending in person\, there will be a silent auction and refreshments after the event. This event is organized by Betsy Andrea of the Volunteers of Spooner Health and will feature an inspirational message from a community member. Mike Schafer\, Spooner Health CEO\, will welcome everyone and read the names of all those for whom lights were purchased. All proceeds go towards various Volunteers of Spooner Health projects. \nCommunity members can make a minimum donation of $5 and “purchase” a red\, blue or white light. A red light is in honor of someone\, a blue light is for peace or for someone who has or is currently serving our country and a white light is in memory of someone. DESCRIPTION:If you have signs or symptoms of varicose veins\, come see us for a FREE vein screening appointment including a screening ultrasound of your leg veins. After your ultrasound\, meet with one of Spooner Health’s vein treatment providers to discuss treatment options. \nSigns or symptoms of varicose veins may include: \n• Large or bulging veins that are visible under the skin \n• Heavy\, tired\, or painful legs \n• Swelling of ankles or feet \n• Cramping\, aching\, or itching on legs \nAppointments are required for the free vein screening event. To schedule an appointment\, call 715-939-1643. \nNote: The initial screening ultrasound and consultation are free. If you require additional testing or treatment\, charges will incur.
